Turn off Two Step Verification PLEASE
I need to turn off Two step verification, NOBODY in SKY seems to be interested, PLEASE turn it off so I do not have to use my mobile phone which I very rarely do ay any time.
PLEASE.
You see what I mean, all i get back from SKY is a load of tripe.

@bandchair You're not contaxting Sky by posting here, non one on the community can turn it off as we are customers here.

You can do this yourself by selecting the "Can't sign in with code" link and using the recovery code you made a note of when this was setup on your account, if you do this then 2FA will be turned off.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

@bandchair if you mean for Sky Yahoo Mail, mandatory use of 2 step verification was withdrawn several days ago. It's optional again.
If you've already set it up, you can use your Recovery Code to turn it off.
