Suspicious email received

I've had 2 emails this evening suggesting that I have requested to change my password but I haven't, it wasn't me.

What can I do?

Can you post a screenshot of these emails (blank out any personal details like your name, email address etc) as the chances are they might not be from Sky.

I have just checked back when I changed my password and the email I received was identical to that one so it is from Sky. As you didn't request the email as it says somebody somewhere has probably made a mistake in entering their details. Your account is safe as you have then email and not them and as it says the reset link in it expires after a few hours.

Thank you.

I changed it anyway just to be safe but I didn't click on the link, I did it directly via the website.

It is difficult to say what you have received without seeing it but if you didn't request to change your password then just delete it and don't access any of the links in it.
