I've had 2 emails this evening suggesting that I have requested to change my password but I haven't, it wasn't me.
What can I do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI have just checked back when I changed my password and the email I received was identical to that one so it is from Sky. As you didn't request the email as it says somebody somewhere has probably made a mistake in entering their details. Your account is safe as you have then email and not them and as it says the reset link in it expires after a few hours.

I changed it anyway just to be safe but I didn't click on the link, I did it directly via the website.
