Re: Suddenly cannot send emails from my iPhone secondary email box
Can you explain what you mean by "secondary account"?
Every email account is totally independant of all others.
Are you able to login here with your password: https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email

Re: Suddenly cannot send emails from my iPhone secondary email box
It is my husband's Sky account.
I am listed as a secondary email account under that.
I think I have messed up my primary server accounts on my iPhone (trying to follow Sky online instructions).
Also, when trying to send emails, it says I need a Sky IMAP password. I have tried every password I know.
Do I need to show details of the main account (my husband's) when setting up my primary server, smtp settings, etc?

Re: Suddenly cannot send emails from my iPhone secondary email box
Your emai account and your husbands are seperate when it comes to the actual accounts.
See if you can generate yourself a 16 digit password and enter this when it asks for the password:

Re: Suddenly cannot send emails from my iPhone secondary email box
Thank you for that information.
I have 4 accounts on my iphone
Cloud
Outlook
Sky
Yahoo!
I was unable to enter 16 digit password into Yahoo because it is a Yahoo smtp server and password is optional and blanked out.
I entered the password into Sky and was able to press done.
I have opened my email and now I can send and receive emails through Sky now.
There nothing coming through on Yahoo. Before I lost the connection, all mail came through Yahoo and nothing in Sky.
I downloaded the Yahoo email App so I could send and receive email from the Sky website. Can I delete this now?
I want to thank you so much for your reply - I have spent hours and hours trying to sort it out. I even rang Sky to ask for help but they would not speak to me until they spoke to my husband so he could give them the answer to the security question. I did not understand this.

If your emails are now coming through then you don't need to use the Yahoo email app.
