I moved from Virgin to Sky last December, since last weekend i have been unable to sign into my emails,

@ClintRitchie  Which email are you referring to?    As far as I know Sky were not offering new email accounts at that time.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Are you trying to sign not your Virgin email account, f so since you have left Virgin are you sure that they still allow you to access your emails via them. If not and you need an email account then you can set one up at Gmail (Google) and use and you will be able to keep this for life as it doesn't matter which company you are with.

If you're referring to your Virginmedia email account/s then these would have been closed after 30 days of leaving.
