Some emails not received, not even on web, no settings issues

Hi there - out of the blue, I've stopped receiving emails from a company I deal with on a daily basis. They send me a daily confirmation email and since Monday I've not received these emails. They appear to be sent from their side, they don't get an error, and I've switched to an alternative email address and that's receiving the emails. I'd like to keep getting the emails to my Sky.com address though and I'm also worried I am not receiving other emails as there's a couple of things I'm waiting for.

 

The sender is not blocked, I have checked my settings etc per the guidance. I'm not sure what else to do?

Have this emails been misidentified as spam so have you checked your spam/junk/bin folders ?

No, that was the first thing I checked. 

 

I still can't receive the booking confirmations to my sky.com.  Its really frustrating 😫
