I seem to have lost one of my email accounts, after changing my sky password ,when I try to access it, it says oops it's not your fault try again. still no joy.

Did you got through the process to reset the password as you should have been sent an email address to the recovery email address which should then allow you to change the password.

Yes I went through the process, the recovery email is the account , which is lost ,it was when I couldn't remember my password for this email account and changed the password In the sky ,yahoo account i lost access to this account, when I go into emai accounts the email address Is shown opaque with a red triangle at the side.
