Hi All
im currently unable to access my sky Yahoo email account or receive emails on my mobile device, I can access mails if I login via sky site no problem . I've contacted sky today and said they will call me back on Monday which seems a bit of a distance away. Can anybody assist please .. maybe it's a setting issue or I need to delete account.. but I haven't a clue with the then sertup

i currently use iPhone 13 to access emails on my mobile device..ref what app do I use.. I don't use app to access my mail, I use yahoo setup within my iPhone.. hope this helps

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI assume that means you are using the Apple Mail app. There have been many reports of that failing with a "server not responding" error. (or words to that effect)
Just what happens when you try to set it up?

Thankyou for fine reply.. Yh the app within iPhone.. appears to be working again now.. I think it's yahoo/ sky server issue
