I have issues with my outlook on the laptop. In short it fails to download and I need to log on then off again.
Also I have subfolders and if I try and delete them or rename them they revert back to the original. There have been times when as a result I have lost emails.
I have had microsoft online today and they have asked for Sky's outlook settings. I went onto chat and after an hour of loop after loop gave up so trying the community now.

When setting up the account you should choose Yahoo & enter your Sky email address & password, it'll then take you to a Yahoo sign in page to authenticate the setup & once complete the email account will be added to your email client.
