The email log in goes to a page that says I can't set up a new email with sky now?
I don't want to set up a new email, I want to access my emails on an account I e had for over 15 years ? Last week or so it's been happening and keep having to go around different ways to get in

Have you tried logging in with using Microsoft Edge ?
