Sky Yahoo sign-in

Two stage verification

My sign-in to Sky Yahoo works fine, but I fail to get the messages containing the six number code. 

I've just changed my phone, but i've kept the same number, so it can't be that.

I've also switched to Gigaclear, but everything else seems fine.

Am I missing something? I haven't been able to access my email account for a fortnight now!

Are you saying you are not receiving the text message to your new phone contains the 6 digit code ?

If so to get access simplybsign in with the recovery code you were asked to make a note of when you set this up.
