Sky Yahoo emails

I seem to have clicked, or touched a keyboard pad (?), by mistake and the print size for my emails (inbox etc) has become way too big...?  Any suggestions how I change the font size of emails downwards again?

If this is on a PC hold down the CTRL button and press the - one until you have the text at the desired size.
