Sky Email on Mobile

Hi All 

I logged onto my laptop yesterday and I had to change my sky password.

 

All ok until  I realised I wasnt receiving my emails on my sky mobile once I had  reset my password

 

I have updated password on my sky mobile to access but no joy.  I can access my emails on my laptop as normal. 

 

Can someone please help me ASAP.

On your mobile if you use an app then try generating yourself a 16 digit password here:

 

https://www.sky.com/sky-yahoo-mail/manage-apps?client=email

 

Then using it to replace the one the app uses for your Sky email account.
