Cant access my email in any way whatsoever.
I get this message..

I ring and it doesnt understand..so get dissconnected...
Is this just me?

If you are asking, does everyone have the same problem, then the answer is no.
That message usually indicates a suspected security problem with your account, and calling may be the only way to solve it, however if you can reset your password, that may clear it.

Find out moreIf a reset of your password doesn't fix it then you will need to call Sky and when you do @jafox make sure you mention that this message is appearing on your Sky account, do not mention email as the chances are you will either be told to go to Yahoo (they can't help with this) or you will be told they can't help you with this.
