Sign Out On All Devices

How do I sign out of all my current devices please, after a password change? My ex has access, and I do not want her to receive my emails.

If you have changed your password and your ex uses the Sky website to access the email account then she will not be able to get logged in or are you saying that she uses an app to access the email account ?
