Setting Up Two Step Verification. Follow instructions but get no code sent
You keep recommending I set up Two STep Verification but when I go through the process I never received a code to continue.

We are customers here who help each other so you are not talking to Sky.
After you set it up it up (and please make note of the recovery code as you will need to use this should you wish to turn it off) then the next time you login to your online email account the verification code should be sent to the mobile number you provided so is this not happening ?

Did you enter your mobile number correctly ?
If you are not sure then try using the recovery code to sign in so it can be turned off and then set up again so at the login select "can't sign in with the code" link. You'll then be asked for the recovery code.
