Sent items disappearing

Hi,

 

On both my mobile and laptop sent e-mails are disappearing. The last e-mail in my sent items is today and another form 20th July, but before that it states 28th April 2026, despite sending numerous since then. I have no filters on the account.

 

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure if it will restore emails from the send folder but have  a read of this as it might be worth a try:
