Scam e mail

I have received an e mail from CUSTOMER FEEDBACK telling me that I need to update my email account before April 20th or I will not be able to log in to my sky account.  Is this a scam.

Yes. Just mark it as spam. There's no update for Sky Yahoo Mail.
