Hi, as below, I am trying to log into my sky email account but a 2-step verification is meant to be sent to my mobile phone but I am not receiving the code - how can I log into my email account please?

If the phone number shown in screen is correct then have you checked your messaging apps spam folder for this, if you have all you can do is to call Sky about this.
