Retrieving emails

My sister has deleted her emails from her trash box by accident,  how can we retrieve them?

@Caz1 she could check to see if they're still there when logging in here: www.sky.com/signin/email

If not the only remote possibility is Yahoo's recovery service here but I'm not sure it works on emails in the Trash folder,  given that you only move emails to that folder when you've consciously decided to delete them: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/sln2552.html
