When you next login to your emails there should be a "Remember Me" box, tick that and do not logout then the next time you access your email account you should still be logged in for a month.

This hasn't worked for me for the past few months, since Sky set 2FA as mandatory (I had already signed up prior to that).

I've been keeping a note of when I'm asked for 2FA when accessing email, and it has been a reliable seven days - almost to the minute. Thirty days certainly doesn't work for me.

Seven days is fine, it's just frustrating they haven't updated the tick box to say 'remember me for 7 days' instead if that's what they've done - and my experience suggests that's what has happened for me anyway.

I have a new issue this week, in that it has stopped remembering me at all regardless of whether the box it ticked or not. I'm not signing out. Very frustrating. Equally frustrating is an issue I reported on here a few months ago. The 'sign in' link only works once for me at the moment - the second time I try to use the exact same link it takes me to a generic Yahoo log in page. It's all so erratic!

I've tried clearing my cache and that leaves me with the same issue. It had worked just fine for months, and this week for no apparent reason...☹️

If you are ticking the remember me box and are not logging out then when you close down your browser do you have it set to clear your cookies as the Sky ones for this need to be left.
