Subject:    Request for Technical Support - Slow Email Download Issue

Dear SKY,

I am experiencing a technical issue with my iMac computer that I have been unable to resolve on my own, and I am seeking assistance from your technical support team.

The problem I am facing is related to the slow download speed of my emails through Outlook. It takes an excessive amount of time, up to 30 minutes in some instances, for my emails to fully download. I have already contacted Outlook's support team, and they have advised me to reach out to you as my service provider for assistance in resolving this matter.

I kindly request that a member of your technical support department contact me at your earliest convenience to help diagnose and rectify this issue. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

@hhjgvyjgyjugyju Your personal details have been removed from your post, you should never post any personal details in a public forum unless you want to allow these details to be used for scamming purposes.

 

Sky Technical support will also not contact you in reponse to a forum post.

 

Is this issue in relation to Sky/Yahoo email?
