Reporting email scams to [email protected]

Having reported a few instances in the past week every single email to this account has bounced. I have reported many scam emails to Sky in the past none of which were ever acknowledged and so maybe the new emails bouncing makes no difference?

This is the message received back:

Sky do not acknowledge reports to the abuse address (AFAIK), but that address you are trying to use is not the abuse address.

It's the email address on the Sky website still. I looked just 20 minutes ago. Thanks for the response though.

The bounce message indicates that you sent the email to abacus @ sns. b s k y b.  com, which unsurprisingly couldn't be found. A typo, I assume.

That's the correct address, but the bounce message indicates that it's not where you sent your email.

Or maybe there's a forwarding rule on the [email protected] mailbox??
