Remove late husband name from emails

When I send a email it still has my late husbands name on it.  How do remove it please

The "sending name" can be changed by logging in to your email and going to Settings -  More settings - Mailboxes and selecting the Sky mailbox. You can change the name there. The email adress itself won't change though.
