My father-in-law is getting the http 500 error when trying to access Sky mail in Chrome. I cleared the Sky cookies and it worked fine. 1 day later, same has happened again. Anyone have any suggestions apart from trying another browser (as that works fine)?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI use Chrome and don’t see,this, so it must be a local issue of some kind. Did you clear all the browser cache including history and temporary files rather than only cookies? And check that there are no Sky websites open when you clear it.
Using Chrome's incognito mode should avoid it too.
