Hi. My sky account and email have been hacked managed to change my sky I'd password but can't remember the recovery code to use the 2 step verification as the forwarding phone number has been changed by whoever accessed my accounts , any suggestions?

Even if @tracey2411 did know the original recovery code, if someone has changed the 2FA phone number, they would have been given a new recovery code.
It makes you wonder how whoever gained access to the account, could change the number, considering how genuine users have trouble doing it.
I can only assume the original email with the original recovery code was still available in the account.

Yes, I've got one account that I really only use for testing the 2FA on Sky, I wouldn't chance having it on my main account. It's too likely to go wrong.
