Receiving 2 step verification code

All of a sudden, when I'm signing into my Sky Yahoo email account, I am not receiving a text with the 2 step verification code.  No matter how often I press to say code not received and ask for it to be resent, nothing happens.

I'd suggest using your Recovery Code to turn off two step verification, then changing your password and setting it up again to see if that resolves it.

Unfortunately you'll have to speak to Sky, in that case. They'll be able to turn off 2 step verification on your behalf, but I doubt it will be instant.
