Receive email
Why can't I receive emails to 1 sky account but can use all others, I can send from all but just 1 will not receive and I am trying to reset a particular password but can't as not getting the link to do so 🤔

A reset password would usually go to the default backup address that is on the account, so if you are not sure what it is try logging into that account via this link to see what it is:
