Can anyone explain or help with an issue I have? I have accidentally moved a ticket sent to me at the beginning of October to the deleted folder but the folder is only loading emails back to 15th November, I know there should be more deleted emails in there and I haven't emptied my deleted folder for months and my phone shows deleted emails back to the end of October (I deleted a load from July about 2 days ago and they've all disappeard!) A search brings up nothing, I've had these issues with emails going missing before.
