Password has been hacked
My husbands email account password and security questions have been changed but not by him and he caanot access his email account. How can we recover this?

Can you access this link:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
If so logout and change your password:
https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
As the reset password should go to the email address you have on your account. Make sure you select a strong password that has random letters and numbers. You should then be able to change your security questions,
Then login to your online account:
https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
