Outlook calendar not syncing

I use outlook on both my computer and my Samsung phone to read my emails and  view my calendar.

The emails download fine on both devices but the calendar only syncs with my phone and not my computer.

Does anyone know how I can fix this so that the calendar syncs with both devices?
