I have outlook connected to my sky email and noticed my deleted items only show 3-4 weeks history, anything later appears to have gone completely. Logged onto sky email direct and its the same on there so obviously not an outlook issue, how do i change this as if i need to look back at an hostorical email i can no longer do so ???

Don't delete them.
Create a separate folder for items you've read, but want to keep available.
It's not possible to change Sky/Yahoo's deletion timeframe.

Re: Only 3 weeks deleted items history
Whilst I am not 100% sure I think the deleted folder is automatically emptied every 30 days or so which is why it isn't a good idea to save you stored emails in it.
I have a Gmail account and they do something similar.
