My yahoo mail was hacked, I have changed my password as soon as realised. My yahoo account is sending but not receiving e-mails can you assist please

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you checked that no filters have been set up on it to direct your emails to a different address, you can do this via Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your Sky email addresses > Filters.
If anything is shown there delete it and save the changes.

Thx for the response can't see to follow this path to find filters? Is this via the sky site.

Also check the other options in case anything else has been changed.

Thx Jayach, really appreciate the response, I've logged on but I do get the view you get below, I have settings but this does not lead to more settings to access filters (scratches head)

I managed to log in on a desktop the view was different and could access more settings filters, there was a filter on which I deleted, hopefully when this synchs it will solve the issue. Will let you know.
