Not receiving e-mails from Groups.io

Hi

Some friends have set up a Groups.io account for sending elamils between us.  I've registered/signed up etc but e-mails don't seem to be getting through - only the replies people send (through the Group.io route) to the original e-mail.

Anyone any ideas please?
