Not received emails for 2 weeks
My father uses Sky/Yahoo email. He has not received an email for the last 2 weeks.
I have sent a test email which has not been received. I followed all the troubleshooting steps in the Help, but all the suggested settings to check look fine.
Any ideas please?

Does he login to his email account at Sky.com to access his emails ?
If so has he checked that these emails are not going to the bin/trash folder instead ?

Thanks for your response. Yes, he logs in to the Sky / Yahoo email address.
The emails are not going to the trash, no.

Just to clarify, @JohnEdwards18, does he log in via the Sky website using his web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc) or is he using a mail app like Windows Mail on a PC or a mobile?

Apologies.... Sky website. We usually use Firefox.
I tested setting up his email on his android phone. Logged in fine, but with the same issue, no mail since August 17th.

Log in to his email account on-line and check that no changes have been made to the filtering options. Go to Settings - More settings - Filters
If there have been any, change his password and check other settings as the account will have been conpromised.

Thanks, I have already followed the Sky help pages and checked all the settings including filters. Nothing is awry.

Other people are starting to report similar issues with a lack of emails arriving for them so something is clearly up at Yahoo's end.

I agree, but they are talking about recently (last couple of days) not 2 weeks.
@JohnEdwards18 Your problem seems seems pretty unique, and I can't imagine what is causing it.
