No access to email for days.

I tried to check my emails, and it logged me out; when I logged in on the app or in browsers, this happened.

 

I've called twice and been told it's an ongoing issue. It's been days and I still have no access. 

 

When I can, the automated service says it is unlocking the account but then takes me to the main menu. Even when I speak to customer service, they claim they can't help as it's a widespread issue affecting everyone. Yet other people I know have access to theirs without any issues.

 

Yes I can access my normal sky account, everything is working except for my emails.
