No Access to Email without 2 Step Verification?

I currently live abroad and will do so for the next 7 years or so before coming back to the UK.

I no longer have a UK cell phone and therefore can't set up 2 step verification on my Sky email that I have had for at least 25 years and hold a lot of very important things in there. 

Currently, everytime I try to log in, it is asking me to set up 2 step verification with only a UK or Ireland cell phone, I can't even use my Canadian cell phone number. 

Does anyone have any idea how I could possibly get around this 2 step verification or set it up with a Canadian Cell phone number?

I don't think you can so as this issue has come up multiple times all you can do is to contact Sky to see what they suggest.

One other way would be to use an app/program instead like Outlook.

@MandiF Sky are aware of the issue for those without a UK mobile number. If you contact them as @caesarome posted, they'll be able to help yiu.

Does anyone have any idea how to contact them not on the phone? 

my email still currently works on my iPhone, but I know if that's going to change as well
