I need to change the mobile number you have for sending codes to .

Is this for accessing your Sky emails or to login to your Sky account ?

You need to select the "can't sign in with code" link and enter the recovery code you should have made a note of when this was setup as that will then turn 2FA off allowing you to set it up again with your new phone number.

If you havent got the recovery code you will have to call Sky to ask them to turn off 2FA for you.

@Kay+Burnell if you still have access to your old number you can change it to the new number by following the 'how to change your number' tab here: https://www.sky.com/help/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification

If you don't, and you don't have your Recovery Code, you'll need to call Sky.
