My email

Saying my yahoo email have been suspended but as I don't have a sky account anymore they can't help but need my email as I have very important content on there

Yesterday and I closed it down as I think I was being hacked try to log in today now saying it's been suspended

What might have happened is that Yahoo have suspended your account due to suspicious activity that they have detected, so if this is the case you would need to call Sky about getting it restored. When you do call them do not let them wrongly tell you that you need to go to Yahoo as they can not restore your account.

@Cj109 as @caesarome posted, you'll need to call Sky. The suspension is automatically applied by Yahoo (not Sky) when suspicious activity is detected. Sky will need to liaise with Yahoo to get it lifted. 

 

However, Sky have to verify your identity before they can access your account details - that might be an issue if you no longer have an account with Sky, and don't have a telephone password in place.

When you say you don't have a Sky account anymore, that is probably not true.

You may no longer use Sky TV, but the account should still exist.

Can you log in here with your Sky email address and password.? https://www.sky.com/mydetails
