@jayach I'm beginning to wonder if it's something to do with the hacking! Sky blocked my username after so maybe this has something to do with it. The hacker obviously got into the more settings but I guess that was on a PC. Unfortunately I don't have easy access to a PC but working on it. Thanks for your help.
