Mobile Phones
I have been asked to provide a mobile phone number in otder to get verification code to entry into my e-mails. I do not have a moblie phone because I am an 88year invalid very hard of hearing and unable to take calls. I have been a sky member for 26 years. I need to get into my expected calls NOW PLEASE HELP

I believe 2FA is not yet mandatory, and shouldn't be active unless you've chosen to set it up (which cannot happen without a mobile number)

However it might be wise for you to acquire a mobile phone and SIM subscription capable of accepting texts as this is increasingly necessary for many interactions.

2FA was rolled out or was supposed to start from 7th April so the only way around this would be to use an email app or program like Outlook to access your emails instead of logging into the Sky website.
