Missing email

About 8 weeks ago all my hostroical emails from  2020, 2021, 2022 and up to 4th march 2023 have disapprared from the INBOX.

I have followed all of Skys sugesstions withour suecess so they have now directed me to Yahoo as the host but trying to communicate with them is not easy.

Is this something which has impacted others?

Has anyone got any ideas to help or are they gone for good!!?

If they are restored then it would be advisable not to store all your emails in your inbox if this is where they were located, but instead set up separate folders to keep them in.
