I can longer access any MP4 videos - could a new hub be the cause? If not, has anyone any ideas please

Your title says "MP4 attachment" so what issue are you having with your email account ?

When I receive an MP4 attachment by email, it will no longer open or play the video

Have you tried saving the attachment first then seeing if it will play ?
