Low res attachments

Can anybody help? In the last few days email attachments such as pdf orders are viewing as low res images which means I can't cut or copy phone numbers or other text fields etc. can anyone help or have a solution?

How are you viewing these PDFs? In a browser or with a separate PDF viewer? Are you extracting them from the email?

Hi thanks I'm using either my iPad or an iPhone through the yahoo mail app. It's been ok forever until the other day?

Ah, unfortunately I know nothing about Apple devices.

It sounds like the default app for PDFs has changed, see it this helps.
