Iv lost the recovery code and have a new telephone number, my email is still logged in on my phone so I'm still getting my emails, I'm about to get a new phone though so I'll lose access to the email account with the number registered been a old one, how can I update the number?

@Woodyj1991 changing your mobile number for 2 step login can only be done either by using your Recovery Code or via the Online Account Manager which involves a Verification Code first being sent to the existing number.
Neither of those is going to work for you, so you'll have to call Sky and ask them to turn off 2 step login on your behalf.
