Lost emails

Can anyone tell me how to retrieve fully deleted emails?

@rochdale123  Unless they are in the deleted folder, or you have replied to them, then they will be gone forever.   If fully deleted, then they are deleted.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
