Locked out of mail

I can not remember my password for my skyemail .When i try to re set the password it is sending the code to the email i am trying to access so i can not retrieve the code.I have spent the last two days on the phone and have been passed ftom department to deparrment with no joy.To make things worse i have not got access to the original rwo step verification code supplied when i was provided with the new email.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@KIPPA1 if you're unable to reset your password yourself, you'll have to persevere with Sky, I'm afraid.

 

Verification Codes are sent by text to your mobile, after you've successfully entered ypur username and password on the login screen. Providing you haven't changed your mobile number that will continue as normal once you've sorted out your password.

Most web browsers now when remember passwords for you via their inbuilt password managers so did you not allow it to do this for you to save you having to type it in every time ?

Your email password is the same as your Sky ID password, so can you log in here: https://www.sky.com/mydetails

If not, call Sky and tell them you can't access your ID, don't mention the email. Once the ID login is sorted you should be able to access the email.
