Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI had this issue a couple of years ago as my email and my Sky account was locked. In the end it was sorted after my third phone call to Sky as the issue yoh have run into is talking to someone who knows how to unlock it.
Are you able to change your password via this link:

If not give them a call again and let them know your Sky account is locked as I presume you can't access that either via the MySky app or online.
