Locked email account

Hi, I've been using my Sky(Yahoo) Mail address for years, my work, and children's school use it constantly to keep in contact. Now without warning it says account Locked. It gives a help desk number but none of the options seem suitable. I emailed them from an account that I never use, and their reply did not help, instead of unlocking my account they just directed me to FAQ which I had told them that I had tried that already. Any suggestions please?

I had this issue a couple of years ago as my email and my Sky account was locked. In the end it was sorted after my third phone call to Sky as the issue yoh have run into is talking to someone who knows how to unlock it.

 

Are you able to change your password via this link:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

 

If not give them a call again and let them know your Sky account is locked as I presume you can't access that either via the MySky app or online.
