Was out on hold for over 30 minutes this afternoon disgraceful customer service.

Lines are often quieter if you call when they open at 7.00am or after 9.00pm.

Wait times of more than 30 minutes are not uncommon among many companies, I'm afraid.

Can we help or point you in the right direction?
