@Misty84 from the text of the message, it appears to have nothing to do with Sky. If you don't have an account with Digidentity, I'd treat it as spam.

Does the message refer to you by name or a generic Dear User/Customer? Usually genuine messages refer to you by name.
If there's urgency in the message - "have to complete x within 24 hours" then usually this point to a scam message.

@Misty84  Your image of the email shows this is nothing to do with Sky nor related to Sky/Yahoo email.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
