I have received 3 e-mails from a Loretta Goldberg who is apparently from Sky telling me to update my Microsoft account. I have ignored them as I am not and never have been a Sky subscriber.
Has anyone received such e-mails and are they scams? I would like an explanation.

Very likely a scam as Sky wouldn't know if you have a microsoft account or not.
Presumably there is a link they are asking you to follow? That being the case 100% scam designed to get your personal details.
They also won't be from anyone at Sky and are likely spoofed email addresses.
